You know that saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? It's nonsense, it's true that the scientists thought that to be a fact for a long time, but this notion has now been rejected. If you're not feeling hungry in the morning, there's no point forcing yourself to eat, unless youre planning to run a marathon, you might as well wait.

This is an easy way to get a lot of nutrition down. Anyone can boil an egg and the bread is high in fibre. Examples of good sources of fibre can be wholegrain products, nuts and seeds, broccoli or carrot, fruits such as melon or orange, or peas, beans and pulses. The avocado and egg offers a whole range of important minerals, vitamins, healthy fats and protein. I also had a glass of milk because I need my kalsium, vitamin D, B and so on. I just can't slack off with this stuff, especially since I'm not taking any supplements at all! Jikes. There is a lot of love in preparing and eating wholesome food. It's worth the effort.
