FIT DESSERT






If you're craving ice cream, cake and all the lot of it, but don't want to gain weight or be unhealthy, this is the perfect dessert. It's just vanilla flavoured Kesam with some fresh raspberries on top. The kesam has real vanilla seeds in it and it's sugarfree, plus it's got high levels of protein. Raspberries are just one calorie for each berry and they taste amazing. They're my all-time favourite treat. I would eat raspberries every day if I could. This entire bowl sums up to 200 calories. That's the equivalent of two bananas.


This dessert tastes amazing and it makes you feel amazing too! Unlike unhealthy treats. I want to show people that it is possible to have the best of both worlds. Being healthy doesn't have to suck! It can in fact, be better than the alternative.




1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12... 12 calories. Now if these were white chocolate covered nuts this handful would have contained 600 calories in stead of 12. Now, that's no joke.


I used to feel guilty, as if eating foods like berries was selfish and spoiled, but it isn't. Being mindful about what you eat can be a very good thing indeed. I'm a vegetarian and when I eat organic foods and things like that I'm not only eating food that's good for me and my body, I'm also making a choice that's good for the planet, the animals and even for you. It might be a bit more expensive, but it's the way I want to live my life. It's worth it to me. This is something that will continue to make me happy for the rest of my life. It will only get better as I get more experienced and there will always be something new to enjoy.
