Finally got the deer and well, it's not a perfect shot, but I've been trying to get them all winter.
Here's a tip for a healthy vegetarian dinner. A salad with tons of good stuff. Literally just get the healthiest things you can get your hands on without blowing the budget completely and throw it all on a plate. It will turn out great! This is just a red lentil/carrot mix, some veggies, salad, chickpeas and falafel. If you prefer your salad with a dressing there are vegan alternatives for that too, or maybe just throw some avocado slices on top?
