IT'S LUNCHTIME





Doesn't this look yummy? It's half a cookies and cream Quest protein bar, half a chocolate protein pudding without sugar, half a box of vanilla protein yoghurt without sugar, some banana and raspberries. This was so high in protein I won't even have to think about it for the rest of the day. It was also basically sugarfree, carb-free, fat-free and a low calorie option. This is actually healthy and it tastes like a dessert.





You can get all kinds of differently flavoured nutrition or protein bars. You can get different types of granola, fresh berries, frozen berries, maybe passionfruit, kiwi, or any kind of fruit you want. Be creative!
